Hermes is a 10 plus year trial and appellate attorney. She is licensed in Texas and Oklahoma. She is admitted before the Northern and Eastern Federal District Courts of Texas, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before starting her private practice, she interned for the Honorable Sidney Fitzwater in the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas.
