Howen is a seasoned lawyer with a wide variety of experience representing corporate entities in a variety of different kinds of litigation. He holds a Preeminent AV Rating. In addition to trying scores of cases to verdict, he has argued and won precedent cases in the Texas Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit and Texas State Appellate courts. One of Howen's unique abilities is to help jurors understand that corporate entities are made up of human beings with whom jurors can empathize. A large man with a quick mind, he is an asset on any defense team.
Howen is licensed in Texas and admitted before the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
