Junek is a seasoned trial attorney who knows where the courthouse is. She is licensed in and has handled cases throughout Texas and Oklahoma. She is admitted before the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Federal District Courts of Texas.
Junek has tried high stakes cases in both State and Federal Court. She works extremely well with other attorneys, both Plaintiff and Defendant, to minimize defense costs, while strongly advocating the interests of her clients. Junek is a leader in her community and coaches the Pearce High School Mock Trial Team and the Texas A&M Mock Trial Team. Also, she lectures extensively to health care professionals and industry safety personnel to help reduce potential liability.
